We are excited to announce a brand-new song, "On Tonsils & Sneakers," dedicated to Lonesome Dave Peverett, who we lost in 2000. The name comes from Dave introducing himself as “…on Tonsils and Sneakers, I’m Lonesome Dave,” and we all know how he loved his silver and gold sneakers!!
Digital release is today and on November 29th we will be releasing this on 7” 45 RPM Red Translucent Vinyl! The B-side will be “Black Days & Blue Nights from SONIC MOJO, which we had written about Rod Price, who passed away in 2005, and was written by Foghat’s current lineup: founding drummer Roger Earl, lead singer/guitarist Scott Holt, slide guitarist/engineer/co-producer Bryan Bassett & bassist/vocalist Rodney O’Quinn.
